A 6-mile healing hike for women ready to reconnect
with themselves and the outdoors.
Life pulls us in a hundred directions—and sometimes we lose touch with the part of us that just needs space.This guided group hike through the Blue Ridge Parkway is your invitation to step outside the noise, breathe deeply, and reconnect to the steady rhythm of nature.
We’ll move together up Humpback Mountain and Rock—a 6-mile moderate hike with inspiring views, grounding conversation, and the kind of connection that lasts long after the trail ends.
What Makes This Hike Special
It’s not just about the miles—it’s about meaning. This hike is designed with intention: to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself in a powerful natural setting.
You’re not hiking alone. You’ll be surrounded by a small group of women who get what it’s like to carry a lot—and are ready to release some of it, together.
We move at a supportive pace. No pressure to push or prove anything. Just space to be real, be present, and be free.
Nature holds the space. The forested trail, rocky overlooks, and quiet beauty of the Blue Ridge Parkway create a calming, soul-soothing backdrop for reflection and renewal.
You’ll be nourished—inside and out. I’ll provide a plant-based lunch to enjoy on the trail, giving your body the same care and attention you’re giving your mind and heart.
Included:
A guided experience led by a certified wellness coach
Grounding, meditation, and journaling sessions throughout the hike
A curated plant-based lunch
A peaceful, supportive space for reflection and connection
Not Included:
Transportation to and from the trail site. (Carpooling is an option for those in the Hampton Roads area)
Water or snacks
What To Bring
● At least 3L of water in a hydration pack or insulated water bottles
● A small backpack to carry your lunch and personal items
● A journal and pen
● Sunscreen and bug spray
● Protective layers and a hat
● Hiking poles (optional)
● Sturdy hiking boots
